The sixth, seventh, and eighth floors are essentially "typical" with 3-26 bed acute care nursing units in quarter circle pods and 24 ICU beds on each floor. The only significant difference is that there will be a 12 bed CCU located in pan of the northeast pod on Seventh Floor. That floor will be designated as the Cardiology floor.
Center); Neuro-diagnostics. This location for Neuro-diagnostics allows for monitored beds to be located on this floor for adults and monitored beds for pediatrics on the floor directly below. The Seventh Floor includes Adult Cardio-diagnostics. The Eighth Floor includes Acute Dialysis.
The remainder of the floor support includes faculty offices, sleep room, satellite pharmacy, respiratory therapy and dialysis equipment storage, public toilets, and waiting rooms.
