The UCMT Team assembled for the UCLA Westwood Replacement Hospital has been working together since 1998. They have a proven record of working together and demonstrated their combined abilities to put into place a well-balanced and seamless organization. The UCMT Team at the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital also consists of personnel who have worked together on previous projects and is augmented with key personnel from the Westwood project. This effort of sharing resources is designed to ensure similar management procedures as well as take advantage of the knowledge gained.
